Return and Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with the product you received you are welcome to return or exchange it. A full refund will be given provided the belt is returned within 30 days of purchase in its original packing and in its original condition. Please emails us on info@lavleather.com to arrange a return or refund. Proof of purchase must be provided. Unfortunately customized items cannot be returned.
Do you have a walk-in store?
We are purely an online store which allows us to sell our products to the public at a wholesale price. We are working on building stocklist around the country.
How do you deliver?
We charge a flat rate of R110 for courier throughout South Africa for a standard flyer/box size and make use of Door to Door courier using the courier guy. Larger parcels will cost more to courier.

Yes, every piece is somewhat unique. As all our items are handcrafted and made from leather it is unlikely that all our products will be exactly the same. Due to the fact that products are made to order, we also can’t always source exactly the same buckles, colour variants and twine. We pride ourselves on keeping the client informed during our crafting process on different options and personalisation’s that are available.
